Where to Sell my IP cameras?

In 2019 I bought a 4 IP cameras, DVR, hard drive, etc for a full setup from this site. Unfortunately I have to sell it before I have a chance to set it up. Is there a forum I can post on here to sell it or is that not allowed? I could do Ebay but would rather post here and skip the fees if possible. Thanks!
