Which 32CH NVR and POE Switch?

i have been reading the forum for a while now and would like some input on the following:

I want a 32 channel NVR and a separate POE switch(s);

1 - What brand NVR do you recommend with large storage/raid?

2 - What brand PoE switch do you recommend?

3 - In regards to a PoE switch should I consider PoE+?

PoE+ is only required for either very long distance runs or very power-hungry devices.
most cams, even PTZ's, operate fine on regular PoE (up to 15w per port).

suggest a couple used 24 port units off Ebay with gigagbit uplink ports.
IT departments everywhere are upgrading to all-gigabit (overkill for cams),
making the 10/100 units with gigabit uplink ports readily available...

Also, consider a PC-based NVR. Blue Iris on suitable hardware can handle 32 cams.
