I have installed iVMS-4200 ver 2.00.11.05 that came with the 2CD2032 camera and am having difficulty setting up recording both manual and motion detection. This version appears to be dedicated to recording on remote servers. I want to have the client program and recording on the same PC.
I've watched several online video tutorials on setting up the IVMS-4200 and the user interface, such as the video on Nelly's website, seems to be different than mine. They show a version that offers a setup wizard that allows you to partition and format the hard drive for storage. My version apparently does not offer that.
I'm I using the wrong version for what I'm trying to accomplish??
