Why can't I play this back

Every time I try to playback alerts I get this window. How to I turn this off so I can view the video.

If it does, then did BI in a recent update add a box to force this .dat analysis box to open with each playback?

I tried that but I keeps opening up. Not from every camera. But does from this on

I deleted this camera yesterday and it quit doing this, but today it is doing it again. I can not view the recording and not sure what to do.
