Why the Lag?

I had this before and it was something to do with my audio codec got corrupted or something. It was on MP3 so I just clicked use defaults and the issue went away. I really don't see any wrong with your other settings.

gotcha, i just checked those settings and they already at default like yours.

heres some more settings. My computer runs at like 1% cpu so not sure why this issue. I do have a clone but not sure why that would impact it.

Did you try using the MP3 audio and then go back to defaults. It's been a while since mine did that and all I remember was it was something to do with the audio. You could try to disable the audio capture and see if it goes away, then re enable it as well. If I remember something else, I'll report back.

That looks fine.

Probably the 15FPS more than anything. But keep in mind that upping the FPS can bring on a whole other host of issues.

Remember, we are not making Hollywood movies. We are looking to be able to freeze frame an image the cops can use.
