can't find any updates for DS-2CD2385FWD-I not sure where to get it from
checked
Download Portal but nothing



not sure but my Face Detection is not working at all not sure if it's the lens or camera it self or just a bug

Do not expect such things as Face detection to work properly. It's just a marketing tool to bring more customers.

That's a bummer. That's why I bought the 8mp mini bullet. Thought fave detection would take snapshots of any detected human faces.
