The few cameras I've used and looked up on reviews on had relatively narrow IR beams.
Whats the widest IR beam on a 1/1.8 sensor? These will be installed on inside corners of a ~80 x ~100 building. If it matters, these three are what I'm considering. Nothing is set in stone if there are better options.

Every Dahua camera I've used has a pronounced center hotspot in the IR illumination. I use external illuminators on all of my cameras except for the one PTZ that I have. The external illuminators still have hotspots that are not nearly as pronounced as the camera's IR. I've found the most even coverage with 2 illuminators pointed a bit away from each other to disperse the hotspots. If you happen to need smart IR, you've got no other options that I can think of.
