Will this old laptop work for 2 cameras

I have an old laptop lying around that takes very little power, has Windows 7 on it but has a slow Atom processor, I was wondering if Blue Iris will work if I just need it for 2 cameras at 1080p 10fps.

Laptop is a Dell Mini 10 with an Intel® ATOM™ Processor N450 @ 1.66 GHz with 2GB RAM.
