Video was shot by a civilian in their car using a smartphone?
The Ford Taurus Interceptor was outnumbered and was being bullied by 2 Ford Explorer Interceptors, a Toyota and a Chrysler/Dodge mini-van?

I dunno...what'd I miss? :idk:
 
1. I figured this was another case of police officers not locking their doors when they get out of their vehicles whose engines are running. Same stuff that happens with morons driving ambulances, fire trucks, heavy machinery, and personal vehicles. Can't fix stupid.

2. And another state that won't terminate anything using deadly force.

The Hyundai driver was trying to pay off the loan on their car by getting involved with the chase (pure speculation)
