I personally would not.

1. Lot of translation errors - I sure don't expect perfect, but this is a really poor conversion.
2. Way to much Terror Talk
3. Contradicting Statements vs Pricing: For example talks about securing US hardware and chip sets, building in smaller QTY's, and reducing shipping cost. Yet small lots increase pricing, and shipping rate on site is definitely not a "reduced rate"

These are some quick observations just scanning the site and stating what jumped out at me.

Yeah, the terror talk seems too much and unnecessary. I am wondering what exactly is he selling. The price is good though.

What turns me off them is their heavy use of terror scare tactics, and the way they've gone about it, to try and sell the product.

I agree with @zero-degrees and @klasipca. Using terror-fear to sell cameras is unethical IMO. I would personally pass on this seller. IMO, saving a few bucks is not worth supporting unethical conduct such as this.

The seller sent me the manual. It uses same firmware as Anran brand of cams which I am avoiding after horrible experience
