Wrong Firmware loaded in DS-8632ni-i8, Tftp seems disabled

Hello Everyone, i searched the forums, but could not find right information. I installed the wrong fw on the device, not device has black screen. Seems not booting. Tried Tftp but not working. Seems like tfts is disabled.
What are the next steps? Any help would be appreciated

Is there any manual available for how to recovery by using serial connection. Tftp is no option

Can someone please provide me Firmware for the DS-8632ni-i8 Device. I am looking very long time now, but cannot find it anywere. Nothing besides the PDF sheet. Please help...
