Wrong time settings

Having issues with my DVR time settings always needing to be manually adjusted but it seems to always revert back to day behind? Plz help

Do you have a NTP server listed in the time settings? Is your time zone correct?

Time zone is correct not sure what the NTP server is

Its Network Time Protocol. Does your NVR have a field where you can put a NTP server in?
