This keeps getting installed and then it blocks my access from outside to my BlueIris software so I can't connect to my cameras. Has anyone had this problem? I keep having to restore my my backup to get my software working again. I have disabled automatic updates but this one keeps getting installed.

Welcome to the forum...you may be infected with a virus...you should not be using windows XP anymore...its not secure.
