Yeman Houthis change the PTZ SD8A840WA-HNF as a missile aiming camera, they use smart at wrong place, i think the ptz never can do as weapon.
Looks like they stole it somewhere.

I love that it has a wiper blade to clean the window. These cameras are almost as sophisticated as my car!
