Thought I’d sign up. Nice to see an enthusiastic open community discussing ip cams.
I’ve had a decent Synology NAS for a while, but have only recently done some rewiring to have PoE capable switches about the place. In the process of choosing a couple of cameras - likely a fixed dome and a fisheye.
I’ve also recently backed the Eufy Security Camera Kickstarter, so have 3 of those turning up in the next few months for a parallel security setup.
Look forward to learning lots here - especially once I plug the first Hikvision in and find I don’t understand!!
