Your front door install and captures ?

Waiting on a pic of that cam mounting itself.
Trying to understand that you actually mount the camera with the window itself vertically instead of horizontally and then in your software you tell it to rotate the picture 90 degrees or "corridor" mode.
Is this correct ?

This is a partial install. Using a boobie cam as a "package cam" and a "walkway cam". Note that most door cam installs can't see packages left on the ground or doorhangers. Will be installing a wedge cam soon at 5ft and in the corner that is for seeing the people ringing the doorbell.

I like the wide view so I can see the whole porch.

It would look like this, physically rotate the cam 90 degrees, then rotate the same amount in the cams settings.
I think you would still see the whole porch, but you would also be able to see the floor in front of the door.

I tried that with the other camera I had there but not this one. Maybe I will give it a try.

BICK, I love how clean your doorbell button/camera looks! Have you posted anywhere how you made this or is it a store-bought product? You mentioned the Hik covert cam and fisheye lens, but what about the button and frame?

I used this for the door camere :

I painted it in black and drill the plastic to put the covert cam with fisheye lens and the mic (pin hole for the mic)

BICK, very nice! Thank you for sharing! It looks like the Legrand Céliane product line, but I could not find the bottom button you used for the doorbell. Did you make that yourself or buy it? This was the closest I found.

I have bought a legrand Celiane white button and added a sticker , the button is connected to the covert module.
When somebody press it i receive a push on my smartphone and i after i use my VMS and can go back to the recording very easy.
