Z12 IVS issues

DIdnt have a problem getting IVS setup on my other Dahua Cams. I recently got this Z12 from Andy for a license plate reader, but I cannot get the IVS to work. Ive tried setting it up in both the NVR and the camera. Havent done this is 2 or 3 years, so maybe i'm forgetting something. Any tips? See attached picture.

Not sure how you enable it on a Danua NVR. But with a standalone camera you have to enable it under "Smart Plan" in the camera GUI.

Yes, it appears to be enabled under smart plan. See attached. I feel like the recording part of this might be screwy, I cant seem to be able to modify this screen. Also see attached.
