Zoom control on IPC-HFW4431R-Z

I just received a IPC-HFW4431R-Z. After install, I see the camera on my admin UI and BlueIris mobile app, but the zoom controls are not active in the BlueIris mobile app. Additionally, the zoom in and out controls are backwards on the admin UI. If I click zoom out (-) the camera zooms in. If I click zoom in (+) the camera zooms out.

I've confirmed the PTZ controls are enabled. Is there a setting I'm missing?

There is a checkbox to invert the zoom controls in Blue Iris, but as for why it doesn't work in the mobile app, I must ask does your user account have PTZ permission?

Thank you! The flip solved the first issue. Clicking + now zooms in, - zooms out.

On the app... I'm logging in as a user of type 'admin.' I've verified this user has PTZ/Control checked.

EDIT: After logging out and in to the app, I now see the PTZ controls. Thanks again!
