A cool new IP camera for indoors with 4x optical zoom (aka baby cam)

After Huisun/Longse there hasn't been anything interesting lately, especially for indoor cams that I could find, but this certainly peaked my interest with PTZ controls 4x optical zoom. Xiaomi is a solid Chinese brand and I love their designs. Might have order one when it comes out to try it out:

There is no indication that the camera supports rtsp or onvif..You would have to run it standalone..

While I use Gearbest a fair amount I still find some of their descriptions painful... is it optical or digital zoom?
Look like digital with a fixed lens from what I could read.

That is an old post. At some point they removed RTSP capability...I understand that some users were able to get it back by downgrading as seen here

They may have changed their practice, but there is no mention of rtsp in the camera specs.
