Reminders when traffic signal set to red after specified time?

Often when I'm doing yard work, I'll set the traffic signal to red to avoid motion detection spam. But then I'll forget to set it back to green when I'm done. Is there a way to have Blue Iris send a reminder email or text that the traffic signal is still red after a certain amount of time?

instead of using the traffic signal, use a separate profile, and set the temp time limit to 30 so it changes back automatically.
