Yes, others have reported it. Replace it with a better fan or slow its speed down with a controller.

i am using 2 1tb ssds inside so i don't imagine it will get very hot inside.
Aren't SSDs not the best idea for constant repetitive drive task such as CCTV? I thought they wear faster then traditional disk. Or is that the old SSD's?

Its a complete waste of money to use a 1tb ssd to record on..however, they have really high write endurance ratings and can usually last much longer than the ratings...depending on how much your record daily it can last years.

You wasted your money...it will last a while depending on your write levels but its pretty dumb to record to 1tb ssd's at the prices they are today...you dont see a performance increase.
I have a bunch of 1tb SSDs leftover from a TV project so I did not paid for them.
For me it will be more expansive to by a mechanical HDD.
