I bought ds-96256ni-i24/h NVR , and i have a problem that it restart every minutes and in playback the NVR stop work for 2 minutes and restart

can any one help me

Hi have you tried restoring the NVR to factory default and upgrading the firmware?

i download latest firmware and upgrading .
the NVR working very good.
