play with your gain settings...but first enable smart ir..
Sorry Fenderman. I’m having trouble finding the gain setting. Can you point me in the right direction?

Are you logged directly into the Camera or using the settings within a NVR? From memory you have to log into the camera for this setting to be visibly.
Should be under Configuration > Image > Display Settings.
Gain is under Exposure Settings and I think you'll find the Smart IR as Smart Supplement Light
