New i5-equivalent dell Xeon servers: $330

I haven't looked too deeply into this but I'm fairly certain it has quick sync video and would be equivalent to a good i5 system. Except it is new, not even refurbished. It would make a great Blue Iris server for a medium to large load.

UPDATE: This machine does not come with an operating system, which makes it a much worse deal. Carry on.

I noticed there is no operating system included so you have to factor in the cost of that; $85 for Win 10 Pro OEM at Amazon.
