I think this picture is good to identify this gay. Color Mode does not work properly on this location.
or I do not find the right settings . There are streetlights, but at 3am in the morning they are switched off. under the carport it is very dark.
I will probably buy additional LED lighting.

Excellent advertisement for the HDW5231-Z! Pitch black environment. Possibly you could have tweaked your settings more effectively but still got quality face-recognition. Wearing a hoodie but he obliged by looking up and getting closer the Dahua! Money well spent.

Why would they turn them off at 3 am ?? That's like telling all the losers you'll have to wait till 3 am to rip anything off LOL

At least it saves the homeowners money. They don't have to turn on THEIR additional lighting until 2:59am... Seriously though, when does it get light there? 5:30? 6? I can't imagine they save a ton of money on electricity by shutting them off at 3, especially if they're LED. And apart from crooks, what about the folks that travel to work early? Oh well, somebody thought it was a good idea at the time...

I read this and thought "Hey, great idea for my captures!". Nope. Apparently our police force doesn't have one. Shame on us. Something like the Bangor PD's page would be great. If nobody has heard of it, they've got some fantastic posts. The guy that does it is phenomenal. There're some real gems that've gone viral.

This was a typical by the mayor and his people. To save energy, the street lights were turned off. But that changed now because I showed the video along with some neighbors to the mayor.. He said: it was just a test in the summer months to see if this actually saved energy . In Winter, of course, they shine again the whole night. And the police are patrolling now more. Next year, the street lighting will be converted to LED .
