Anyone know how to stream from a camera that is on the internal POE port (so it has an ip different to the rest of the network) using the rtsp protocol?

Using OBS we have successfully streamed live to youtube using cameras that have network ips, but the ones we need to stream reside on the POE ports of the NVR and we can only see them with virtual hosts enabled, but that needs to use the following nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn:65001 so it i snot possible to use the 554 needed for rtsp.

rtsp:\\username:password@10,1,1,10:554\streaming\channels\102 works great

Let this be a warning to anyone buying a NVR with POE system that may want to 'use' it [Swann]:poop::poop::poop::poop::poop:

Can you ping a camera at it's 192.168.254.x address (assuming that's the range the NVR is using - can you confirm?)?
If you use at a Windows command prompt
tracert 192.168.254.x
where x is for a PoE-connected camera, what does it show?

*edit* Maybe I missed the subtlety in your comment ...

Sorry mate, couldn't resist, the issues are offsite for me, so I will be looking at them later today, but I did some testing here and I am confident it will work
