I just got one of these for a super-cheap price:

960P 1080P 3MP 5MP Wireless Panoramic IP 3D VR Camera WIFI Bulb Light FishEye Surveillance 360 Degrees CCTV Home Security Camera

It was easy to set up using the ICSee app on my phone, and works well. I'd really like to get this hooked up to Blue Iris, or at least to be able to view it from a PC. I can connect to it from a browser, but when I try to view the livestream I get a message saying "This plug-in is not supported".

Has anyone else got any experience of these cameras?

I've just discovered that the IP Cam Viewer app on my phone recognises the camera as an HDL DVR-HM / NVR-HM, and successfully streams the video from it. Is there any comparable camera in the Blue Iris compatibility list??

Hmmm....Fing shows that it has rtsp on 554...I'm not sure why the BI auto-detect isn't getting a video stream from it. Will try some of the suggested URL's from your link...

Auto detect only works with select well known cameras and onvif cameras....if the rtsp stream works you will be able to use it with blue iris...

Hmmm...I tried all of the URLs suggested here for rtsp streams from HDL cams but none seem to work:
Connect to HDL IP cameras

I'm wondering whether there's a way of determining what path the IP Cam Viewer Android app is using to access the rtsp stream from the camera?

Wireshark ...or email bi support and provide access to the cam...

OK so I finally managed to find a packet sniffer for Android that doesn't require root access - it's called Packet Capture. I was able to determine that this is the path that the IP Cam Viewer app is using to access the RTSP stream from the camera:
/h264/ch1/main/av_stream

I've put this into Blue Iris and it now works fine.
Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for sharing the URL you found. I know others will appreciate it, as well.
Just to put the relevant information in a single post item (you know, for searchers):
960P 1080P 3MP 5MP Wireless Panoramic IP 3D VR Camera WIFI Bulb Light FishEye Surveillance 360 Degrees CCTV Home Security Camera
RTSP stream URL:
/h264/ch1/main/av_stream
I am new to this and got 6 bulbs (UGI 360) and use ICsee app to view them. Got it from here and believe the method work for these bulbs too->
UGI 360° Panoramic 960P Hidden IR Camera Light Bulb Wifi Fish Eye CCTV Security | eBay

I accidentally came to this thread (my luck) and realized that there is more I could do with these units. However I am new to cameras and has never used Blue Iris or any other.

Could you please give some hints as to how I could access these camera's say from a PC. I cannot locate an app for PC viweing. I never thought IP viewer app in Android can see these. I have foscam 9018W which I view with Ip viewer - any instructions to set these up with IP viewer?.

I have two Synology NAS boxes. Any idea as to whether these cameras be incorporated to say Synology as each unit come with few licenses. ?

I also do not understand " RTSP stream URL: /h264/ch1/main/av_stream"
Is the path http://<ip address of camera>/h264/ch1/main/av_stream?

Sorry for my lack of understanding.

Another question on cameras- when I put the IP address of the camera to web browser I get to a some kind of web server in the bulb -see picture attached. Does anyone know what it mean and what can be done with it?. I could not still figure out what the username and password for it is and does not accept the UN and PW set in ICsee app

VideoLanClient (VLC) is a free resource that can help you confirm connections and view RTSP video streams

RTSP: is not the same as HTTP: You need a specialized tool like VLC and other programs like BlueIris to view and capture/record these video streams.

Thank you very much for the reply

I have VLC player and I could play with that. Do I need username and passwords?

Yesterday I downloaded Blue Iris demo and tried it. It found all 6 bulb cams I have and i added them. It indicate as RTSP steams. Problem is the username and password which I do not know. I used admin as the username and tried various password: admin, password, no password, root, 1234, 12345, 54321 etc but no luck and app state wrong password. If I change user to root then Blue Iris indicate it is wrong username so it should be admin. Any ideas on passwords. I set username and password in ICsee app but that one is not accepted too. I asked the seller and he has contacted his supplier but they do not have that info. Any advise on this please

To access the cameras from PC the seller asked me to use 雄迈百科 - 雄迈信息技术有限公司旗下网站 and get PC Client- CMS. However the downloaded zip file ( I tried several times and it download completely) having errors at the pint of unzipping. No sure if anyone can direct me to another place to get this app
