hik camera problem

hello
I set the hikvision used nvr and cameras then I deleted all exicting cameras in nvr.
When I added them again one camera added properly three cameras has no image
there's yellow triangle when I'm pushing it says wrong admin pass or blocked user.
When I'm deleting them again I have the same problem.
Please halp

after deleting the cameras, have you changed password of nvr? if yes, restore it back to what it was before you changed.
If that doesnt work , connect the cameras directly to your network, find them with sadp tool, try to goin, and set them back to default

i already downloaded sadp tool but it's cute complicate to get security code from hikvision support team .
there's no another way to reset the old pass?

If the camera has a firmware version earlier than 5.4.5 (check with SADP if you are not sure) then you can reset the admin password yourself with the updated Hikvision backdoor-driven camera reset tool here :
