Can anyone explain how to get BIT to start without getting a UAC prompt?

@Wildbill - I don't want this sound bad/mean but if you did not know about UAC and how to disable its prompt there is a good chance your not that tech savey and those prompts might be offering you some protection. Disabling UAC prompts is global for the whole system and not just for BI - If you do disable it please make sure you pay attention to what you're running and only download applications from trusted locations.

Thanks for the reply. If you back up and re-read the thread, You will see that I was asking how to avoid a UAC prompt. When I asked my question almost a year ago, Nowhere was I advocating disabling it. I was not asking anyone what it was or the implications of trying to disable it.
I did get a reply that suggested to disable it.
I did take action based on the second reply (which was somewhat cryptic but helpful), I found a way to make it run using the task scheduler.
Finally, in this case, not being "Tech Savvy" usually means someone who acts without weighing all of the facts.
