Don is it all your PZT cameras or just the one? and are you running the latest update of BI? on the phone? can you move the camera on the phone? when I had that happen to one of my cameras I had to do a firmware update and since I was having issues with it I had to have tech support from Nellys security that provided the camera get on line and do it. I had done the first one and the tech did the second one
Mike, it seems to be all my Hikvision cameras BI is current Camera firmware is current. This is not a phone app issue. I cannot move the cameras on the BI administration app.

If it's not broke don't fix it. Don't update BI unless you need something. Turnoff autoupdate.
Install this, so you always have a previous version to go back to in case's like this. Blue Iris Update Helper (BiUpdateHelper)
I had one PZT camera that caused me some headaches, I changed the camera's ip address and changed it in BI and that fixed it.
when I told it to scan for that camera in BI it found all the new commands for pzt.
last week I had one camera disappear out of BI only to have it reappear as two cameras in the BI desktop
