What detection method that the Dahua Starlights offer?

I am new at this, actually I'm came from Arlo family and was wondering if these Dahua cameras will offer the same detection like the Arlo? Can it detect motion and send notifications to my smart phone? thanks.

Yes, head and shoulders better than Arlo.

Welcome Michael,

Recommend continuous recording with the cameras and using IVS events for alerting you. You will find the Dahua OEM starlights to be vastly superior to the Arlo family.
