Looking for a Dome POE camera with audio.

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a POE dome camera with good I/O audio through the Ethernet connection. From time to time I have strangers soliciting or loitering on my property and need to displace them. A good POE dome camera with I/O audio would I think would help, especially when away.

remember you will need an amplifier and speaker to use the audio out function. Any dahua starlight dome or bullet will work. Unfortunately there is no audio out on the turrets.
also see the mini ptz starlight, it has a built in mic and standard audio out (you will need the amp and speaker)

I have never configured a camera for audio input/output, so I am a newbie at this. Do most of these cameras come with a set of good directions to lead on the straight and narrow?

its been a while since i looked at any user guides. You can view them online, doubt they are detailed.
I can tell you that I tested a dahua dome camera with audio out using this amp and speaker and it worked well.

The amp will have to remain indoors.
I did test this weather resistant amp but it produced lots of noise. Could have been defective.
