LaView 1080P Wi-Fi 360° Indoor Security Camera, Remote Pan Tilt Camera with Micro SD On-Board Storage, Two-Way Audio, Night Vision Surveillance, Motion Detection, Remote View - 16GB SD Card Included

Deal of the Day: $37.45 & FREE Shipping. ( 7/2/2018 )

Best price I have seen on this one

https://www.amazon.com/LaView-Security-Storage-Surveillance-Detection/dp/B0757V45H3/

This is a non-cloud dependent camera. You can store video locally as well as setup alerts to the cloud.

rtsp feed is available so it should work with Blue Iris and other VMS software

Note:

Documented default password may no longer work due to attacks against IoT and security cameras.

From the Amazon reviews:
'Small hiccup as typical password of 12345 did not work. For older models it is 12345. For the newer models, it is adminVERIFICATIONCODE (This verification code is under side of the camera. It is 6 capital letter next to the QR code). So the userid would be admin. Then the password would be something like this: adminGFHYRO. I hope this helps. Good luck!"

Remember as a Hikvision OEM product you should be able to use the Hikvsion OEM software to access the camera.
So look for Hikvsion OEM software for your PC and mobile devices.

FYI - SD user has confirmed this camera works with Blue Iris, including Pan and Tilt operations.

Also standard microUSB cable has also been confirmed.

Will it work with Dahua NVR?
Hi @TechBill

As it did not mention ONVIF on either the LaView nor Hikvision spec sheets - I suspect it will be problematic to get full functionality for Pan and Tilt controls to the Dahua NVR.

Suspect with the available rtsp feed it maybe possible to get basic recording one.

For a low end PT indoor camera (Hikvision OEM), this camera had OK reviews. A few people listed issues with Wifi connection problems, setup and with the seller's tech support. Can you or SD User post the video connect strings for this camera for Blue Iris (make, model, path & parms)? The reason I ask, is that mat200 mentioned that there is no mention of ONVIF support with this camera.

Amazon now says usually ships in 1-2 months.
Is this referring when the item will ship out of the warehouse or does it include arrival time?

Hi @Mr-Gizmo

I would try the default format for Hikvision OEM cameras and see if that works. I'm not a BI user yet - so my knowledge is based on what others here and on SD have been sharing.

Note a SDer reported this AM that the camera does have an ONVIF setting - or at least the firmware version he has on his.

will these work on a Hikvision NVR?
Hi Travieso,

Yes, as they are Hikvision OEM.

Sale has wrapped up, I would watch for Amazon Prime day - suspect we'll see some deals then.

Amazon delivered one of these to me today. I have it connected in Blue Iris, I didn't bother with the LaView app or anything. The only thing I am missing is PTZ control. Blue Iris is showing ONVIF for control, but nothing happens when I click the buttons in Blue Iris. I am able to get the cam to pan and tilt when logged in via a browser straight to the cam.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have Blue Iris control this camera?

Well I may have just answered my own question. I changed it to Hikvision DS-2DE/2DF-AE and it now pans and tilts.

Now to set some presets...

I also just received this from Amazon. I was able to pan and tilt with no problem via Blue Iris and its mobile app. Everything also appears to work fine via LaView Connect mobile app except for two-way audio since the speaker emits distorted loud noises.

I've had this PWR302 camera for a few weeks now. It is ONVIF according to the ONVIF Device Manager. It is also accessible via webpage, I think it has to be an older version of internet explorer, although I tried it today in Firefox (ESR version) and it works.

I don't know a lot about cameras at all, but I've been pretty happy so far with it. I use it with VMS7000 android app, and also Laview NET Client desktop software (very similar if not identical to the Hikvision desktop software, iVMS-4200). Pan and tilt controls working fine.

There is distoration on the 2 way audio but maybe it's just something that can be fixed in the settings.
