I recently bought a Terra Master drive enclosure. It runs a version of Linux and uses the EXT4 file system.

I can't seem to get Blue Iris to record to the drives at all. Is there a setting I am missing?

I have the drives mounted in windows through the network. Can see them and copy things to them, they are definitely working. But BI will not write to them.

Any help or suggestions? Thanks!

see the help file on network attached storage. There are also several threads that discuss setting up nas recording.

see the threads and the help file. You dont have it setup correctly.
I have gone through the Help File multiple times now and am not seeing the threads you are referring to. Any chance you can link me? Thank you!

Kind of silly but it worked!
If you think about it, wouldn't you prefer that other users and/or devices that share the same network as your valuable security and surveillance device be REQUIRED to provide a username and password to access valuable data? I know I would.

That requirement has been a networking staple ever since another string was added to the one between the 2 paper cups.
