Hi I have a home appliance: DS-7216HWI-SH
Is connected to the Internet, downloaded ivms 4500
I've set up everything and I could see the camera only via wifi in my house
This means that if I am connected to the mobile I could not watch
I've set ip 192.168.1.3 but that the ip of the dvr
How do I set the ip of the house and I could see the cameras from any Internet via the app?
Thank you.

You need to forward the ports to your NVRs IP address, so, 192.168.1.3. It generally looks something like "Incoming Port "80" Outgoing Port "80" Ip address "192.168.1.3" Did you follow the port forwarding guide?

To access your router you put in your routers IP address into a browser. Most likely 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254

I do not understand it, I do not know how to link the internal IP to the external ip
My router is: gigaset 604

I have been discouraged from that, this morning I try and do not succeed

Do you have "Port forwarding" somewhere in your router administration?

Hi, I think that I know what the problem is
The My DVR is connected to the network through tl-wa850re, might need to open ports or something similar?
Or simply the cameras will not work with this adapter?

Open and forwarded is not same!

You have problem with connecting from LAN or from outside (from Internet)?

The DVR is connected via cable modem
When I enter the address of the DVR it 192.168.1.X I see the cameras
I leave wifi of the house, and trying to connect to the DVR through the address: 31.184.242.102: 8000 It does not connect me.
My problem is that I could not connect the camera via the mobile Internet.

Yes, and for this you must use port forwarding.

For example Fordward port 8000 from 31.184.242.102 to internal IP 192.168.1.X

Understand?

As you posted your public IP address publically ... generally best not to, you might want to edit your posts to obscure it.

Looks like you (or maybe your provider) are running a Squid proxy, or router using Squid. If so an inbound rule will be required.
PORT STATE SERVICE
22/tcp open ssh
25/tcp filtered smtp
135/tcp filtered msrpc
139/tcp filtered netbios-ssn
445/tcp filtered microsoft-ds
8080/tcp open http-proxy

The ip is not mine, just I gave an example
Thanks for your concern.
And that's what you posted?
These ports should be open?
Just my modem is not listed in any site so I do not know what to do
