recorded clips no timestamp

how do I put the time stamps from recorded videos, When I'm playing videos back I have no clue what time the event happened... This cant be that hard.. I'm lost... Thanks in advance

When using direct to disc you need to use the cameras time stamp.

This does not seem to work. I record in BVR with BI time stamp. THen export to mp4 using encodings and save cameras graphic overlay and the BI timestamp is not there.

Make sure you checked "Enable overlays" in BI camera properties -> Video tab. I just tried exporting a Direct-to-Disk BVR video and it added the date and time BI overlay to my exported clip.
