Pan & Tilt don't work (Zoom work correctly)

Hi, everybody, i'm a pure newbee with 2 caméras :

Micrologiciel : V5.5.53 build 180719
Encoder : V7.3 build 180525
Web : V4.0.1 build 170711
Plug-In : V3.0.6.26

All is working correctly..... Except the Pan and the Tilt (Zoom +/- work correctly).

With IE and Windows 10, theses arrows of this control are correctly enabled, but nothing is made when I click on them.

Idem with iVMS-4200 : The PTZ control panel work correctly with the Zoom (+/-) but not with the Pan and the Tilt.
Idem with Chrome withe the IE-Tab.
Idem with Hik-Connect on Androïd.

This problem is exactly the same with these two cameras.

I don't understand what I have missed, and I don't know if there is a configuration parameter to change in the original setting.

All is working correctly..... Except the Pan and the Tilt (Zoom +/- work correctly).

They are not PTZ cameras - they are varifocal. In other words, you can change the zoom to match the needed scene.
But the pan / tilt setting is adjusted manually and fixed at installation.

Thank you very much for your answer.

The user manual explains very well how to use the PTZ. That's why I thought it was equipped with PTZ.
I am not entirely surprised, because the user manual explains how to connect the camera to wi-fi when it is not a wi-fi camera either.
