Cannot acces my Camera Hikvision DS-2CD2132-I

Hello,
I did not use my camera for a very long time and now I cannot access it any more.
I see it on the LAN and with SADP tool (Ip: 192.168.0.41), but when I enter the fixed Ip address in the browser, it cannot acces it ...
What could I do?

What is the IP address of the PC that the browser is running on?
What error happens when the browser tries to access?

Ip address of the PC dépends if I am on may MacBook or the PC , it is on the same range : 192.168.0.XX where XX is below 50 ...
The error is :"cannot acces the page" ...

I do not think, what is the process? I just plugged it back to the power source (many times)

You don't mention the browser you're using. I use Chrome and it has limited functionality (no video and some functions cannot be accessed but I can open the web interface via the browser).
Try a different browser. The web interface only works correctly with IExplorer......Try IE to enter the IP and see if the web interface launches. You can get IEx by searching in Cortana for IEx on Windows 10 PC.....
