Has anyone found an update to the NVR4216-16P-HDS2
I purchased from XinRay store on AE and suppsoely it says not upgradable?
any work around in getting the latest firmware updates.

Why do you want to upgrade. What problem will the upgrade fix.

If you do not have a specific reason to attempt an upgrade then do not do it. You more than likely will turn it into a brick.

This may be a Chinese hacked to English NVR, so it will more than likely not upgradable.

recently google made changes to their tls certificates which broke the email notification on the nvr using gmail accounts. This was resolved with the latest firmware release.
