DS-2CD2385G1-I Upgrade from DS-2CD2332-I - Worth it?

Hey Guys

Planning to upgrade from DS-2CD2332-I to DS-2CD2385G1-I. Would it be worth it especially for night time? What would be the major differences?

Any other you might recommend in that price range or another brand?

Also for internal camera anything to replace DS-2CD2432F-IW ?

Running all of them on BI.

I don't have that currently. So skip this unit? any hikvision 2mp with better sensor for night recommendation?
