I have a new ds-2cd6362f-ivs fisheye that won't record on events. It is set up the same as a straight camera that I have that works. Motion is on, have tried changing sensitivity and dynamic but nothing. I will send me an email on event but won't trigger the camera. Event template is selected, all cameras are set for triggering, when I change it to all day it records so it's not that it can't. Not sure what I'm missing on this one.
