I had configured an Hikvision camera with Dahua NVR. That worked for over a year. Two days ago, my customer called that the Hikvision camera was off. Noticed it wasn't transmitting at all. there was no power. Hard reset and I'm able to see it in SADP tool. configured the camera but its still not coming through the monitor but I'm able to get live feed on my laptop and hik video app. I read that ONVIF is discontinued with Dahua and Hikvion. Anyone has a solution? Please help!

Depending on the (unspecified) firmware version of the (unspecified) camera -
You may have to re-enable ONVIF support, and and re-create the needed ONVIF user.
Its a Hikvision camera (DS-2CD2122FWD-IS...) and yes I've recreated the ONVIF user but its still not connecting. I have a POE switch between the NVR and gateway.

Maybe check that ONVIF access with the new credentials is working by checking it out with ONVIF Device Manager from sourceforge.net
