Not sure exactly what application you are trying to accomplish. But without knowing more info, the answer is no.

Its a standard PoE camera. You can use any rated PoE 802.3af injector/switch.
I probably has a separate 12V dongle that if you don't want to use an injector/PoE switch you can power it via a 12V Wall Wart. Don't do that. Buy a proper injector or, even better, a PoE switch.

That cam's 12vdc rating is for the direct power connection via an external power transfromer.
The Ubiquiti POE injector provides power thru the RJ45 connection, and will provide 802.3af standard into the cam.
So yes, the POE injector will work to provide power & signal to the cam.

Are you sure? I think that is the Ubiquity passive 24V proprietary injector. They are moving away from those last I checked to the standard 802.3af.

So basically I need to find out if this poe injector is passive or 802.3af, correct? I don't see either listed in the spec sheet :/

I have no idea. There is no reason to purchase a passive injector unless you are dealing with older Ubiquity gear that requires it. Buy a 802.3af PoE switch/injector and call it a day.

That injector will not work. Return it and buy a proper injector as others have stated.
