Second camera drops out after connection, why ?

I have 2 IP cameras and using latest BI4 (full version with latest updates):

Vivotek IP 7361
Foscam FI 9805E

First camera connects and works all OK.

Second camera connects and works OK for about 5 seconds and then drops out.

Message on the screen says NO SIGNAL, HTTP: 12029 Cannot connect.

Both cameras are powered via POE and on the same LAN at home.

Anybody got any ideas ?

welcome to the forum..increase the receive buffer to 20mp...camera properties >video>configure
