I think I have mentioned before that my wife is from the Philippines. She became a US Citizen last Aug or Sept (can't remember) and this was her first election to vote in. She was so proud to do so. In the Philippines, they OPENLY stand in front of voting booths and pass out money to get you to vote for their candidate. There are numerous videos of Politicians leaving the 'Presidents' house with paper-bags in their hands.....it is no mystery that the bags have money in them.
