how to setup dahua nvr? im getting worse.

these?? the wrong password is displaying on the monitor live view. new cameras out of the box, plugged in. unplugged and plugged agan still same.

The red indicator on the registration page indicates the password on the camera is not the same as the NVR password.

using the edit (pencil) icon, edit the password to the correct one for the camera. Its obviously different than the NVR password.

Note: as clearly mentioned in the PSA thread, this does NOT change the password of the camera. It simply tells the NVR what the correct camera password is.

Once you change it, save and hit "refresh" at bottom of the page after waiting 10 full minutes

yes i clicked the pencil icon and changed the password to what was on the box 1234567a and still not working
 
Ive never received a dahau camera with the password written on the box...

Try changing it to the same as the admin password of the NVR
