Bad pedestrian and Driver!

Dash Cam is a Vantop Discovery H610 Mirror mounted camera. Both of these incidents happened on Interstate 45 freeway in Houston Texas. The pedestrian is playing with his life, and the driver shouldn't be on the road as they almost caused a major pile up accident.

I've read that 45% of the cars you pass after 6pm, its estimated the drivers are somehow impaired.

Yes you are right. I deal with them everyday! If I could turn in people license plates for the bad driving and get paid for it, i could add 10 more cameras around my house.

Your right looney, i cut the video short but as that truck driver drove down the freeway he drifted to the left and to the right almost hitting cars in both lanes. Not sure if they were coming from happy hour or on the phone.
