I don't think there is a Snapshor url stream, only a live stream... I use a synology system to provide me snapshot url

As always, the http cmds on hik/dahua cams are mostly the same on their models
Maybe the "snapshot" function works on this model without encoding in mjpeg ...
try to find the right channel 101, 1 , 102 ... whatever
change port in url if changed from 80

I tried those url's but they are not workin for snapshot url's
I think it's related to Android security settings. If I have the app open, or have switched out of it and it's still running in the background then it works. If I close the app then push notifications don't work until I open the app again.
That's not the case , i already disable battery optimalization... I also now downgraded to 4.14, then it works again , if i do an upgrade to 4 15, it fails.... Maybe also related to the indoor panel, i have a 93xx serie
I have an 8350 indoor station so not limited to the 93xx series. Have disabled battery optimisation as well. Does it work for you if the app is running?
Didn't test that, i already downgraded... I'll do an update later and will test again

i received the ds-kv8 today. the quality of the camera is really bad. looks more like VGA lol. didnt expect that its so bad.
i dont think its the same camera like on the kd8 series. according to the data sheet the kd8 has a field of view of "Horizontal: 180° Vertical: 96°" and the kv8 only "Horizontal: 129° Vertical: 75°". not shure why i didnt see this in the first place
my camera has these black ring around the picture like on ring cams... i watched some youtube videos of this model and no one have this. do you have this too on your device ? not shure why some have it and others not... really strange.

only "problem" now is ... how to add a dahua cam via rtsp to the monitor (6320)...
i am able to add the rtsp from dahua when the onvif auth is off.
i dont like this, i would prefer username/password... but rtsp:/userass@... does not work. the monitor dont want to take the username and password from the URL

No, if I install it then it only work if it is already running in the background. If I close the app then it won't work. 4.14.1 does work though.

which version do you both have on your main station ? my station wants to be connected to hik cloud , its not possible to turn it off. only with a custom server change to 127.0.0.1 or block it from the internet... but then some weird things happen... it doesnt send snapshot to app... feed is working fine.... so both display and main station have to be on hikcloud ??

I installed a DS-KD8003-IME1 outdoor station and connect two indoor stations model DS-KH6320-WTE1 ...Only 1 is working and and the second one is not working even it is in the same IP range ...someone told me about IP merging .Please help...Thanks
