Playback timeline differs from live view time

I have 5 Hikvision cams running through a Hikvision NVR. Since DST came into effect last week, when in LIVE view all cameras are displaying the correct local time. However, when I enter the PLAYBACK screen, the cameras still display correct time but the playback timeline is out by 1 hour. For example, if I am looking at playback footage for 16:00hrs, I have to go to the timeline at 15:00hrs.
My cameras are configured to NTP (au.pool.ntp.org) and the NVR is the same.
Can anyone explain why the playback timeline is different?
 
As I stated the settings are the same for the cameras and the NVR. That is they are all set to use NTP (au.pool.ntp.org). If I select DST for the NVR, it corrects the timeline for NVR Playback, but then changes all camera displays to 1 hour ahead. So, at say 8:00am local DST time, by using NTP setting, the cameras all display the current time, but in playback, if I wish to search footage from 8:00am, it shows on the timeline at 7:00am.
