Looks similar to my Mavic Pro, but I have the older one. I would hope they get up there to do a hands-on inspection and check for loose shingles.

No doubt, he had us looking at the wrong thing! If that's a PTZ, I'd say it needs to be re-pointed! Hell, even if it's not PTZ, it'll be worth pulling out the ladder!!!
